To provide a non-institutional sanctuary (no cages) for cats and kittens. Cats Haven was founded for senior cats or cats & kittens with birth defects, visual impairments, neurological problems, or medical issues or injuries that require veterinary care. Cats Haven strives to educate the public about available resources and proper care of companion animals.?
Cats Haven does not accept cats from the public; our focus is helping the senior, medically needy cats and kittens in animal controls, humane societies & rescues.
Cats Haven does have a few adoptable cats...Cats Haven does not allow declawing.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Sanctuary for special need cats/kittens and senior cats a free roam, home setting. First shelter to offer this type of setting.
We do not accept cats from the public.
We do have a few adoptable cats....they tend to have a special need or two. Rarely do we have kittens.
We do not allow declawing
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 main shelter house with foster/hospice homes around the city. Financially, we are at our max

We accept donations thru Paypal on our website. Checks, gift cards and supplies are welcome also

11am to 5pm Tuesday thru Friday. 11am to 4pm on Saturday and Monday
Closed on Sundays. Hours may vary with holidays and weather. Closed every Monday November thru April.
