DECO Group is a family owned business. Kirby South, VP, started painting with his sons and the company grew from there.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a women owned business (WBE) certified by the State of Indiana. Our comprehensive safety program and substance abuse policy complies with OSHA and MICCS guidelines. We perform full criminal background checks on all of our employees.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one main location located on the southside of Indianapolis.
