How long have you been in business?
Since early in 1995.
What is your primary product or service?
My only service is representation of buyers of single-family homes including condos in Central Indiana.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Reorganization at my then-current employer, Eli Lilly and Company, left me without a path to further progess.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am, after 15 years of such specialization, still the ONLY Exclusive Buyer's Agent in Central Indiana. An EBA serves buyers only, and never lists property for sale.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks at the closing table from monies paid by property sellers. Ther is no direct cost to my clients for my services.
Which areas do you service?
All of Central Indiana, from Anderson to Franklin and from Greenfield to Pittsboro and beyond
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do.

Whenever the opportunity presents itself.
