How long have you been in business?
Tom Wood Automotive opened it's first Indianapolis location in 1967.
What is your primary product or service?
We sell and service new and pre-owned Toyota cars, trucks and SUVs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Mr. Wood's background in the automotive industry started while he was attending Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. He was a new car salesperson for a Mercury-Edsel dealer. After college he continued to sell full time until he had the opportunity to buy a small Hillman Sunbeam dealership in Kalamazoo.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer vehicle financing through our Finance Department.
What are your hours of operation?
Our Sales Department is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am until 9:00pm and Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00am until 6:00 pm. Our Service Department is open 7:30am until 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 until 2:00 on Saturday.
