How long have you been in business?
This business was officially started in 1998. Before that I worked in the hospitality industry as a housekeeping supervisor.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide weekly, biweekly, and even one time cleaning service to residential properties. We also clean move ins, move outs, and rental properties.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
This business became and interest after cleaning in extended stay hotels for five years. I had many guest at the hotel ask if I would be interested in cleaning their homes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are two moms who take pride in what we do. We do not have people go in to do the work like the larger companies. We do everything ourselves. We customize all cleaning plans to suit you. If you want the beds changed every other visit we can do that....maybe you have a dog that loves to lounge on the couch so it needs to be vacuumed every time we come...no problem. We understand each home is as unique as the individuals that live there. Most of our business is by referrals but we always welcome new clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are home based and we plan to stay that way. We are in the process of trying to expand to add one more person to our crew. It is just now in the works and of course all clients will be made aware of all changes that occur.

All operations of this company are ran by Michele and Shelley.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available Monday- Friday 8-4. We also can be available on weekends for one time cleans or special occasions.
