MC2 Home Inspections offers residential and third party mold testing for the entire Indianapolis Metro area. We are certified through the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) as Indoor Air Quality Professionals. We use the very latest in mold testing equipment and techniques, and adhere to nationally recognized formal protocols for mold testing.
Depending on your situation, we will take direct samples of any visual mold via tape lift or if there is no visible mold present, there is still a possibility of it existing somewhere hidden. 50% of all mold found in homes is hidden behind drywall, underneath carpeting or pad, in the ductwork etc. In this case we will take air samples using the Micro5 cassette to determine if higher than acceptable levels of mold spores exist in the air that you are breathing. We will drop off the samples for analysis the same day. Based off of the lab analysis we can narrow down the source possibility and offer suggestions on how to remediate the problem.
Price for mold testing is $250.00. Price includes two air samples or tape lifts, laboratory analysis (48hr turnaround) and detailed expanded fungal report.

I have years of construction background and intense formal training. I have a true passion for homes and their design. The real benefit is that I get to help people every single day either make a wise investment decision or save them from making a bad one.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not market to Real Estate agents as we believe that is a conflict of interest. We are changing the face of home inspections, one satisfied client at a time.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we have three locations. We have just expanded into the Denver and Colorado Springs Colorado market in 2015
