What is your primary product or service?
Gutter Dome microscreen gutter guard system as well as gutter cleaning and inspections.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have been in the General Contracting industry for 15 years and wanted to give the public a gutter guard that actually did what it was designed to do at a price that would be affordable.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
we stand by our installation with a 1 year warrenty and a 15 to 20 year product warrenty. If the customer is not happy for whatever reason we will make it right. Also we offer a product that is stronger, and designed to serve two purposes. One to keep out everything larger than a dust partical out of the gutters and two as the first level of water filtration for rain harvesting.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location but plan to expand when time permits.
What type of payments do you accept?
We except personal check, cash, money order or casher checks.
Which areas do you service?
We serve Marion County and all surrounding counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We have a single owner who over sees the daily operations, safety and installation services.
What are your hours of operation?
Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Service Hours are based on the customer's needs, except Sundays. Sundays are non work days.
