How long have you been in business?
Returning to this location after 10 years. I have been involved in the Hair Industry for 20 plus years.
What is your primary product or service?
Hair services for both men and women. Also a master of the Traditional Barber Shop Straight Razor Shave.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was impressed with my Barber growing up so I tried Cincinati School of Barbering and Hair Design and it was like comming home.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am very detailed oriented and very detailed is taken care for the customer. I can do the fast cuts some of the francises do but I choose not to
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have owned and managed salons and now returning to Ray's to manage and later own.

A big smile and "you made my day I look great" Thank You. It is the best job in the world when you can make somebody like how they look and feel.
