I started working in the construction industry from an early age when my father let me work summers for him, latter I worked for the restaurant industry as an inspector for new unit construction (S&A Restaurant Company, Pepsico (Pizza Hut Division)) So it was the natural thing to do when I became independent.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Service. I put a lot of effort into making sure my clients are not just happy with the inspection, but that they know that I will continue to be there for them long after the inspection is over. They can always count on being able to call back to ask questions. This is why I have produced a section in my website for “Members” in which I provide a lot of useful information for the home owner, DIYers and anyone who wishes to enter about general topics, safety, weather, etc.
