At this location 20 years. In the business 35 years
What is your primary product or service?
Professional full Service clothing alterations. No charge for fittings if we do the work. We repair and sell the American flag as well as create custom flags. Alter and
repair racing suits, scuba suits, outer wear.
If it can be sewn we can do it.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Alterations is a unique nich where we have talented staff who have perfected COUNTOUR FITING to positively ENHANCE YOUR IMAGE. No matter the cost of a garment, the clothing will only look great if properly fitted.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Fitting is a major key to exceptional alterations. We consider the persons indivisual presentation so the completed alteration flatters one's appearance rather than just provide the standard sleeve or pant length.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have ONE location for a very good reason - Quality.
It is extreamly important to provide exceptional service and only via hands on and full inspection of the work can we control quality work.

Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card. We also offer monthly billing for commercial accounts. Coupons can be found on our web site.
Which areas do you service?
Indianapolis and surrounding area. We also service clients from all around the USA. We specialize in leather alterations and have customers from every state.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Barbara is the co owner and manager with husband Howard processing sales calls on commercial accounts.. Virginia is the assistant manager. All of our employees, experanced or not, go through six months training to assure they can meet our quality requirement.
What are your hours of operation?
Closed Sunday & Monday. Open Tuesday through Friday 9 - 5
Saturday 9 to 4. Appointment not needed.
