Steve Oakley attended the CIA Hyde Park, New York, went on to work for Trotters, Printers Row and Settled in Indianapolis at Something Different/Snax. After being the Executive Chef there for 10 years he had the opportunity to open his own Restaurant.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Fine dining with a casual atmosphere, 100% scratch restaurant, local produce, meats, etc.
