How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We started our cleaning and repairing window coverings. Living in a growing community we quickly transitioned to selling window coverings. Now we primarily sell new products, but continue to help our customers maintain their window coverings with our cleaning and repair service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have been in the window covering business for over 13 years and continue to stay updated with the products through manufacturers training and professional trade shows. Since we are familiar with the repair end of the business we can usually fix problems as they come up without having to send them back to the manufacturer.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, however we service the entire Indianapolis area with our free in-home consultation. You don't need to come to us, we will go to you. Most decisions need to be made in the home to assure that you have the right color and style to match your decor'.
